Campsites
Goldenrod Preserve offers thoughtfully prepared primitive tent camping in the Finger Lakes—four private, nature-forward campsites designed for guests who want open air, quiet, and a more intentional outdoor stay.
Set within the broader landscape of Goldenrod Preserve, our campsites combine the simplicity of primitive camping with a more comfortable, well-kept setup. Each site includes a 25’ x 25’ campsite area, a leveled 10’ x 20’ tent pad, Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, a fire pit, a portable toilet, and a hand-wash station, with cell service generally available at the campsites and Wi-Fi hotspot access at the camp store. Guests can choose from four distinct settings—Field View, Forest View, Pond View, and Creek View—each offering its own mix of privacy, scenery, and connection to the preserve’s meadows, woods, ponds, and walking routes. Optional add-ons, rental items, and camp store amenities are also available for guests who want a little extra convenience without losing the spirit of camping.
